spiderlab.uk is a static site. We do not set cookies, run ads, or use analytics on these pages.

How Unique

How Unique does not require an account. You can play pass-and-play with nothing leaving the device.

If you set a player name or avatar, those stay on this device. In an online room they are sent to the other players through our game relay so everyone can see who is at the table. We do not keep a player profile after the room ends.

Online games use a Cloudflare Worker to connect the room. Moves and names are relayed while the game is in progress.

When a game starts we send anonymous usage stats: which mode you chose, whether it was local or online, and the day. We also send a random id created on this device (stored locally only). The server hashes it so we can count unique installs and average games per install — we never store your name, advertising id, or the raw id.

If you are offline when a game starts, the stat is saved on this device and sent the next time the app can reach the server. Gameplay is unaffected.

Sound settings stay on this device. We do not show ads or sell data.
